Production for season 6 was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions; filming officially began in March 2021.[1] The season consists of thirteen episodes, each running approximately 47 minutes in length. Vince Gilligan made a return to the creative team after being absent for seasons 3 to 5.
Of course, the "Breaking Bad" episode sets us up for Gene's fall by showing him reeling in Jeff and his friend (Max Bickelhaup) for an identity theft scam targeting arrogant investment portfolio managers. He gets them drunk while plying them with salty snacks, calling himself Victor which the bigger jerks among his marks find to be hilarious. He's such a loser, you see.
We are actually in episode eight of season two of Breaking Bad. Their worker, Badger has been arrested by the skinny-looking undercover DEA agent for dealing and distributing drugs. Jesse and Walter must find a way in which not only is Badger set free from prison, it is done so surreptitiously without their names ever coming up. Saul is the person they resort to.
